In the mid-2000s, the school earned recognition and certification from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MoEYS) of Cambodia. This milestone reinforced the school’s commitment to academic excellence, quality assurance, and strong institutional leadership.

Late 2000s
Partnership with Cambridge
By the late 2000s, the institution strengthened its international standing by receiving certification from Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) in the United Kingdom. The school officially adopted the Cambridge curriculum, offering a complete pathway from Primary to Secondary and Pre-University levels.

2010
Expansion into Higher Education
In 2010, Paragon International University (formerly Zaman University) was established as part of the expanding Paragon Education network. The university adopted English as the official language of instruction and set out to become one of Cambodia’s top institutions in higher education, providing quality teaching, research opportunities, and community engagement.

Academic Strengthening & Program Offerings
Throughout the 2010s, Paragon International University broadened its academic offerings to include 11 undergraduate majors in Architecture, Engineering, Business, and International Relations. It also launched three graduate programs: Master of Arts in International Relations, Master of Business Administration, and Master of Science in Management of Information Systems.

International Accreditation
During this period, Paragon International School Cambodia achieved accreditation from the Council of International Schools (CIS), further solidifying its reputation for world-class education. The school continued to enhance its bilingual program by integrating the Khmer National Curriculum with the Cambridge International Curriculum, promoting both cultural appreciation and global citizenship.
